Our Mission Directors, Shawn and Damaris Smith, have led this mission since 2006 as volunteers. They invest 10 months per year prepping and leading each year's mission, spend 3 months per year in Guatemala attending meetings and preparing projects with village leaders, and raise all of their own financial support.
